The Amethyst Knights[1] are the official guards of the Pokolistan Royal Family who were lead by Princess Ilana Rostovic and Gorilla Grodd to conquer the world.

A Twisted Vision[]
In an alternate future, Princess Ilana Rostovic along with her right-hand man Gorilla Grodd led the Amethyst Knights on a campaign to conquer the world, launching nuclear attacks on numerous cities in the United States, ambushing the White House, and assassinating the president and his officials. Several heroes attempt to stop the invasion, but all ended up being brutally murdered. With Earth unprotected, Rostovic used her army to carry out a mass execution of the remaining population.[2]

- Amethyst Knight Armor: When on duty, traditional Amethyst Knights are seen in a practical high-tech armor to face invasion or metahuman threats. The armor's forearm hides a retractable cannon used to shoot enemies. It also includes a jetpack in its back, granting the bearer the ability to fly.
