Angler is an agent of A.R.G.U.S. part of a squad lead by Langston Fleury and sent to infiltrate Peacemaker's house during his absence. Like the rest of her teammates, she was attacked and severely injured by Peacemaker's pet eagle, Eagly. Angler was subsequently sent to explore multiple dimensions from the Quantum Unfolding Chamber along with other agents, exposing herself to multiple life-threatening risks, until they found Salvation.
Biography[]
Infiltration into Chris Smith's House[]

Angler was assigned to a mission to infiltrate Chris Smith's House and search for dimensional anomalies. While her partner smoked, Angler set up her gun and smiled at her partner. Angler then went to the house and got inside a truck across the street where they could monitor the house. Chris Smith left the house to go to a party, although mission leader Langston Fleury insisted that they wait to make sure Smith did not forget something at home and need to turn around. Angler corrected Fleury's use of the term "housewarming," thinking it meant any gift given at someone's home, agreeing with Vega when he said that he would not turn around when he forgot a gift. Fleury ordered them to wait, and Vega began bouncing his leg, which bothered Angler.
Angler and Langston Fleury are attacked by Eagly
Fleury and the team then exited the van, and Fleury gave each team member a codename and an order, codenaming Angler "Titties" and telling her to monitor the front door. Angler became self-conscious about her chest being exposed and zipped up her shirt as the team moved toward the house. Angler stood guard at the door until her teammates inside were attacked by Eagly. Angler rushed into action as Fleury called for her and Tillerson to get inside and help as Fleury's bird blindness prevented him from discerning Eagly's size. Angler made it to the backyard as Fleury attacked Eagly, but Eagly flew out of the way and attacked Angler, biting out part of her neck. Eagly flew up as Fleury rushed to Angler's side and tried to get her not to die, but Angler warned him as Eagly flew back over and knocked him out. Angler was then rushed to a hospital.[1]

Following Peacemaker's arrest and the confiscation of the interdimensional device, A.R.G.U.S. partnered with LuthorCorp technicians to launch a campaign to find an uninhabited dimension capable of supporting Earth-like life. Agents, including Angler, were dispatched to investigate through the Quantum Unfolding Chamber, wearing protective suits to explore the unknown conditions of different universes.
Angler yells at Sasha Bordeaux
While walking, Angler overheard Langston Fleury discussing an embarrassing incident involving Kline. Once they located the gateway to Candyland, Kline, Harcourt, and Fleury cautiously entered. However, the agents were suddenly attacked by a horde of hungry goblins, who cornered them and attempted to kill them. Angler, from the hold, pulled up a rope to rescue them, but one of the goblins severed it. Angler rushed to their aid, but the imps had already sealed the door. She desperately tried to force it open and eventually succeeded, helping her companions escape by trampling the remaining imps. However, the imps managed to disfigure and mutilate Kline, to everyone's horror. Upon returning, Angler explained Kline's murder to Sasha Bordeaux, bewildered.
Angler, Emilia Harcourt, and Sasha Bordeaux discover Salvation
Despite Kline's gruesome death, Angler and the others continued their blind plunge into unknown universes, encountering the Kyphotic Alien in the QUC, and then opening a portal to a black hole that nearly swallowed them whole, managing to escape and close the door. The agents were then sent to explore a Zombie Universe, where one of their companions was zombified and had to be killed. After extensive research, Angler, Emilia Harcourt, and Sasha Bordeaux were sent to Salvation, where, upon entering and taking atmospheric readings, they confirmed it was safe to remove their helmets. Harcourt prepared a report of her findings and presented it to Director Flag and the LuthorCorp technicians.[2]

Angler watches Chris Smith get stranded
With the discovery of Salvation, Rick Flag, Sr. revealed his intention to imprison the metahumans on the planet due to their dangerousness, so they could never return. Still harboring resentment toward Peacemaker, Flag forged a signature to make it appear he had volunteered to remain on the planet and test living conditions, ordering his abduction. Angler, along with other agents, abducted Smith from his motel and took him to the A.R.G.U.S. Warehouse, escorting him to force him onto the planet. Angler and Vega unhandcuffed Smith on Salvation and watched as Rick Flag, Sr. informed Smith of his imprisonment. As the portal closed, Angler left with the rest of the team and Flag.[2]

- Marksman: As an A.R.G.U.S. agent, Angler was trained to use a firearm. She attempted to shoot Eagly during the infiltration in Peacemaker's house to no avail.

- Shotgun: Angler was armed during her Infiltration into Chris Smith's House, in which she used the gun to stand guard at the front door. However, she was unable to use it against Eagly.
