Following the rumors surrounding the Star City Sea Creature and the subsequent photograph of dubious veracity taken by a citizen, animal control experts from Bludhaven and Metropolis were called in to track down the creature, which was captured and imprisoned in Belle Reve Correctional Center.[1]
