Bertram Larvan, also known as the Bug-Eyed Bandit, is an inmate in Belle Reve Correctional Center.
Biography[]
The Bug-Eyed Bandit was incarcerated in Belle Reve Correctional Center, and in 2023, he witnessed as Congorilla and Nosferata bullied Nina Mazursky and later on The Bride killed Congorilla.[1]
