The 11th Street Kids once fought off an alien threat known as Butterflies to stop them from taking over the planet, successfully saving the world.[1] John Economos broke his leg in the process, and was later hospitalized and given crutches, returning to his regular job at Belle Reve Correctional Center.[2]

In an alternate reality, Evergreen once suffered an alien invasion, where Vigilante joined forces with his partner Peacemaker to fight them, ultimately defeating them.[3] The police department was involved in the details of the Butterflies case.[4]

- In Peacemaker Season One, Butterflies are a species of deadly parasitic aliens capable of disguising themselves by taking on human hosts and using these forms to infiltrate and live among humans. After their home planet became uninhabitable, the Butterflies came to Earth with a food-producing "Cow" hidden under Coverdale Ranch, their leader, Eek Stack Ik Ik, decided to control human politics to save Earth from self-destruction, sparking internal conflict with Ik Nobe Llok, who opposed interfering with humanity amd disguised as Clemson Murn, joining A.R.G.U.S. to stop them. The Butterflies took over law enforcement to build an army and attempted to move the Cow, but the 11th Street Kids infiltrated their base and killed them along with their food-source Cow.
