Henry Cannon, also known as Cannon, is a subordinate of Scarapelli and an enemy of Vigilante.
Biography[]
Ambush at Axe Me Again[]

Cannon bodyguards Scarapelli
Henry Cannon was working as a bodyguard for the renewed gangster Scarapelli in Evergreen, when he arranged an informal meeting with Mrs. Withers in Axe Me Again, he was accompanied by his henchmen, including Cannon, who stared at Withers' henchman, Saber, and was drawn to his suit. However, as they began to talk, Vigilante burst into the meeting, throwing an axe at a henchman and then proceeding to confront them.
An overwhelmed Scarapelli ordered Cannon to stop him, so as he ran against him, and Saber also ran after him, asking Cannon to get out of his way, however Cannon mocked his appearance. Vigilante saw them approaching, so he fought them melee, Cannon tried to slash him but Vigilante dodged his dual sai, then grabbed Saber's arm, with he shot Cannon, fatally wounding him, and with his enemies weakened, Vigilante smashed both their heads together, knocking them to the ground.[1]
Amendment with Withers Gang[]

Cannon insults each other with Saber
The next morning, Scarapelli and his gang met with Withers after Vigilante had stopped by Withering Heights Nursing Home to rip off the face of one of its guards and leave a message. Cannon saw the guard being helped out by Saber, exchanging insults with his rival. The guard then explained to Scarapelli that Vigilante was seeking to destroy the Controller to save Peacemaker.
Cannon and Saber witness the amends between Scarapelli and Withers
Scarapelli asked Withers what he suggested, and Cannon assumed he believed he had tricked her, suggesting they leave immediately after planting something on Saber. However, Scarapelli claimed to Withers that he was unaware of the Controller and proposed forging an alliance in order to defeat Vigilante, while Cannon and Saber watched them shake hands and swear to implement a "scorched earth" policy.[2]
Attack on Evergreen Docks[]

After Scarapelli and Withers announced they were giving out vehicles for free at the Evergreen Docks shipping and storage shed, Cannon was set to attend to the homeless, before being ambushed by Vigilante who was looking to wipe out the Controller's army. Vigilante promptly grabbed a machine gun and began firing wildly, so after Saber shot him; they both ran to attack him, but Vigilante hit them in the face with the machine gun, knocking them to the ground. Vigilante threatened them with a revolver, so Cannon pretended to fall under Vigilante's control, before stabbing him with his sai, which excited him and showed off to Saber, however Vigilante managed to escape.[2]
When the Evergreen Police Department went to investigate, Cannon, along with Scarapelli, Saber, and Withers hid in the distance to keep watch, overhearing an argument between Withers and Scarapelli, where they agreed to attend an investor gala at Fennel Fields.[3]
Attack on Fennel Fields[]
While the Fennel Fields catering event was taking place, Saber and Cannon were in the back alley by the dumpsters, forcing Withers to confront Vigilante herself when he attacked the establishment as they rushed to arrive, however, they were forced to flee as they knew the Evergreen Police Department were on the way. Vigilante found a condom on the ground in the back alley, assuming that Cannon or Saber had dropped it.[3]
Equipment[]
- Suit: Cannon is a formidable martial artist and knife fighter, who wears a stylized ninja outfit, predominantly a yellow haori with a diamond pattern, worn over a dark gray or purple suit. The suit gives Cannon greater resistance in combat and protects his identity.
- Sai: As a martial arts expert, Cannon fights with dual sai, which are capable of massacring multiple opponents. Despite this, Cannon was unable to defeat Vigilante. When Vigilante invaded Evergreen Docks, Cannon was able to stab him with his sai, showing off to Saber.
