After stopping the entry of potentially dangerous asteroids, Superman took Krypto to Centennial Park to play with other dogs, and despite reminding him to be careful when playing fetch, Krypto used his superpowers to his advantage, so Kal-El asked him to give the other dogs a chance, since they had no powers, before meeting Curt, who was walking his dog Otto.
Suddenly, a fire truck almost crashed into them, scaring the dogs away as Superman avoided a tragic accident and heard an explosion coming from S.T.A.R. Labs. Superman asked Krypto to help him control the dogs while he tended to a fire at S.T.A.R. Labs and then help him there. Krypto repaired the pen with his superpowers and flew over the park, finding the lost dogs and guiding them back to their owners, and saving Rocky from a tall rock, then going to help his owner at S.T.A.R. Labs.
An hour after putting out the fire with their super-breath, Krypto and Superman took the scientist and Matty to the park to relax after a grueling afternoon.[1]
