Congorilla was an intelligent gorilla who was imprisoned at Belle Reve.

Killed[]

One day at lunchtime, Congorilla was with Nosferata in the cafeteria when the he intimidated Nina Mazursky into handing him her food, Mazursky sadly tried to explain that she was hungry after a long trip, but Congorilla did not care and snatched the tray from her hand to serve himself the food, mocking her. However, Congorilla was confronted by Bride who threatened him to give Nina's food back, but he roared at her to intimidate her. Bride then proceeded to slam the gorilla against the wall with the tray, brutally killing it by stabbing it in the skull. The event left everyone in shock, mainly affecting Nosferata.^[1]

Personality[]

Congorilla has an aggressive and mischievous personality, taking advantage of his intimidating appearance to bully fellow inmates, such as Nina Mazursky. He is also arrogant, dismissing the Bride's strengths without thinking of the potential outcomes.

Abilities[]

Gorilla Physiology: As an intelligent ape, Congorilla possessed the natural traits of a gorilla:
- Advanced Strength: Congorilla possessed a strength superior to humans' due to his muscles and bone structure.
- Advanced Durability: His great ape body granted him a superhuman endurance compared to the average human though he was instantly killed by Bride with her food plate in the mouth.
- Intelligence: Compared to common gorillas, Congorilla possessed a human-like intelligence giving him the ability to talk and to communicate with other beings.
