Biography[]
Curt took his dog Otto for a walk in Centennial Park in Metropolis, where upon hearing Superman ask Krypto to let the other dogs play fetch, Krypto became intrigued that even super dogs couldn't listen to their owner, introducing himself and his dog. Superman was glad to meet them and commented that Krypto was a good dog, but needed to be reminded of his limits.
Suddenly, a Metropolis Fire Department truck with a flat tire almost crashed in front of the park, causing panic before being stopped by Superman. Curt and Otto watched intently as Krypto repaired the pen, assuming it was so the other dogs would have a place to go when he caught them and guided them back to their owners, before he left to help Superman when the fire at S.T.A.R. Labs broke out.[1]

Curt seemed to have a friendly personality. Him and Superman spoke together about their love for dogs.
