Dr. Wesley Von Spears was dressed in a military uniform for a photoshoot. A picture from the photoshoot was then used to advertise tobacco on a billboard to advertise a tobacco company, which labeled its product as "exquisite." One such billboard was displayed in Pokolistan.[1]
