- In the comics, Emilia Harcourt was a Russo-American ARGUS agent who monitored Amanda Waller and the Task Force X. She was later revealed to be a spy for The People. After Waller's death by Deadshot, Harcourt took control of America's military. In fact, it was all part of Waller's plan. After being resurrected by the Enchantress, Waller killed Harcourt via Deadshot. Harcourt was later revived by Waller using the Lazarus Pit and gained superpowers.

- Emilia Harcourt in the DC Universe is the second live-action incarnation of the character, following an alternate incarnation also portrayed by Jennifer Holland.
- She is one of the many characters whose actor reprised their DC Extended Universe counterpart. The others are Rick Flag Jr., Peacemaker, Amanda Waller, Weasel, John Economos, White Dragon, Vigilante, Judomaster, Leota Adebayo, Keeya Adebayo, and Blue Beetle.
