Evergreen City Hall is the base of operations for the mayor and city council of the city of Evergreen.

Chris Smith arranged to meet Emilia Harcourt at Kupperberg Park, and Smith was warned beforehand that A.R.G.U.S. agents were waiting to capture him. Harcourt waited in a chair in front of Evergreen City Hall until Smith arrived. After a brief conversation in the chair, A.R.G.U.S. agents suddenly surrounded Smith, but he managed to escape before being captured.[1]
