The Evergreen Police Department (EPD) is the primary municipal police force responsible for law enforcement and investigation in Evergreen.
History[]
Following the Attack on Evergreen Docks, the Evergreen Police Department and firefighters went to the facility that night, being confused to find all of Evergreen's stolen cars from the last year, assuming it was a mob massacre based on the gunshots in the cars. One officer acknowledged that the Withers and Scarapelli gangs did not get along, but didn't understand what they would accomplish by detonating missiles, and unbeknownst to them, they were spied on by Withers and Scarapelli from a distance.
Due to Vigilante's unexpected attack on Fennel Fields, which ended in a confrontation between him and Withers, the Evergreen Police Department was called to assist urgently, forcing Scarapelli and Withers's gangs to escape, preventing Withers from ultimately killing him. As the police were also coming for Vigilante, Theresa helped him escape by pulling him into a back alley.[1]
