Joining the Creature Commandos[]
- "G.I. Robot is detecting unease. Could he be, G.I. Robot asks, in fear of being discovered as Nazi scum?"
"No. Put your arm... Your gun down. He's not a Nazi." - ―G.I. Robot and Rick Flag, Sr.[src]
One quiet morning at Belle Reve's non-human division, G.I. Robot was playing Jenga with Doctor Phosphorus, however his sensors detected the Nazi symbol among the stack of blocks, prompting him to fire at them, surprising Phosphorus, while Rick Flag, Sr. and Amanda Waller watched from the monitoring enclosure, with Flag pointing out G.I. Robot as a dishwasher and Waller telling him how he had killed over 300 Nazis in World War II. When Waller opened the entrance to see the prisoners, Weasel, Bride and Phosphorus ran towards her, as a result, Waller activated the Nano-Detonator, electrocuting G.I. Robot as well.
Upon awakening, Weasel along with the rest of his teammates were forced to join as a task force on a mission to Pokolistan, soon being transported on the Sheba. During the trip, G.I. Robot detected unease when he saw Weasel trying to untie his belts, activating his weapon and asking Flag to shoot him believing that he was a Nazi, however, he was quickly stopped. Upon arriving at Pokolistan, they untied Weasel and together they got off the Sheba to be received by the guard Alexi, who took them away in armored tanks, on the trip, G.I. Robot and his companions strangely saw Weasel pee next to Doctor Phosphorus.[4]
Arrival to Poko Castle[]
- "G.I. Robot would like to kill Nazis with you. Would you like to kill Nazis with G.I. Robot?"
"If I killed Nazis with anyone, it would certainly be you, G.I. Robot." - ―G.I. Robot and Nina Mazursky[src]
The team was received at Poko Castle, who as they walked were amazed by the magnitude of the place until they were received by Princess Ilana Rostovic, however Flag Sr made a reckless change, causing Guard Alexi to threaten to kill the entire team, putting them on alert when the army pointed their weapons at them, only to discover that it was a joke in bad taste, being confused by Alexi's attitude. The princess then invited the team out for a snack, where upon sitting at the table, G.I. Robot was unable to eat anything as he was a robot, Nina Mazursky saw G.I. Robot's displeasure and called the waiter to ask for diesel for her friend, who soon brought it to her.
At dusk, the team went out to the backyard, where G.I. Robot joined Nina to watch the team from the balcony, who enjoyed the sunset. However, G.I. Robot claimed not to enjoy the scenery without Nazis killed, inviting Nina to kill Nazis as Amanda Waller promised him it would be soon, mentioning that it had been a long time since he killed Nazis while showing his gun. Mazursky liked her new friend, stating that she would love to kill Nazis with him. At night, to prevent the detonator from being snatched away, Flag left G.I. Robot guarding the door, who proceeded to cite battles he participated in and how many Nazis he killed in the process while Weasel slept in front of him, however Phosphorus managed to infiltrate.[4]
As a result of Rick Flag Sr.'s confrontation with Doctor Phosphorus, Flag Sr. was taken to the bathroom by Rostovic to treat his burns, where G.I. Robot, Phosphorus, and Weasel witnessed an angry Flag threatening them with the Nano-Bomb Remote Detonator, before Ilana Rostovic closed the door. While listening to Flag and Rostovic having sex, G.I. Robot, Phosphorus, and Weasel saw Alexi approach them asking for Flag Sr., telling them that the Bride of Frankenstein and Nina Mazursky had escaped, insisting that it was an emergency.[5]
Rescue Mission[]
- "Is this one a dirty Nazi, General?"
"No, he's not a Nazi, GI." - ―G.I. Robot and Rick Flag, Sr.[src]
Once Rick Flag, Sr., and Ilana Rostovic finished having sex, the team alerted Flag about the escape of the Bride and Mazursky, who quickly prepared himself and accompanied them. Hearing Flag arguing with Phosphorus, G.I. Robot asked if Phosphorus was a Nazi, which Flag denied, disappointing him as he was comforted by Phosphorus, and quickly, the team climbed into the armored tank with Alexi.[5]
Personality[]
- "Oh, my. G.I. Robot has been waiting for a friend to kill Nazis with for 74 years, 23 days and 52 minutes."
- ―G.I. Robot to Nina Mazursky[src]
G.I. Robot is driven by one thing, which is his hatred of Nazis, and his desire to kill as many Nazis as possible[6] alongside Nina Mazursky.[7]
