Skirmish at Gabriel's Horn[]
To drown her sorrows, Emilia Harcourt went to Gabriel's Horn bar for a Bud Light. There, a man whistled at her, which provoked her, and she spoke rudely to him. When another man approached to calm her down, Harcourt violently attacked him, starting a fight. Harcourt grabbed her bottle and smashed it into the man who had whistled at her, then punched the other man, knocking him to the ground. When another man tried to stop her, she punched him and continued to beat the downed man until two other men grabbed her legs, with Harcourt clinging to the downed man's pants. Thrown against a pool table, she grabbed a pool ball and threw it at a man, then grabbed a police baton and struck several men. Finally hitting the floor, Harcourt was kicked and left unconscious, then thrown out of the bar.[1]
