Biography[]
Principal Gale was visited in her office by renowned scientist Edward Mazursky to enroll her daughter Nina at Emberton Prep, learning that Nina had been turned into an amphibious metahuman due to severe lung problems. Gale asked if Nina always had to use the oxygen tank, and Mazursky said that she could only breathe in water. Despite her being home-schooled, Mazursky sought to enroll her so she could socialize, and Gale accepted. Nina thanked Gale and asked for a vintage photo of students playing lacrosse to which she was later attached.[1]
