The Goff Residence was home to U.S. Senator Royland Goff and his family prior to their possession by the Butterflies and subsequent assassination by Vigilante as part of the mission Project Butterfly.

The Queen of the Butterflies, Eek Stack Ik Ik,[1] took over the body of Royland Goff and his family members, pretending to be the real Goff family, taking control of the residence. Upon returning home, the "Goff family" ate their amber fluid, alerting the team who killed them, except for Ik Ik, being interupted by Judomaster who kidnapped Vigilante and Peacemaker. Underground, Eek Stack Ik Ik interrogated Christopher Smith about how he knew of their existence, torturing Adrian Chase for information to no avail. Ik Nobe Llok, Emilia Harcourt, and Leota Adebayo infiltrated the house to save their teammates, using an Adhesive Explosive, and escaping after Smith shot at Ik Ik.[2]
