The Hammer of Boravia Armor was a mechanized armor used by Ultraman during his operational alias as the Hammer of Boravia.
History[]
Duel of Metropolis[]
Three weeks after Superman's intervention to stop the Boravian army from invading Jarhanpur, Lex Luthor dressed one of his enforcers named Ultraman into a fictional super-terrorist dubbed the Hammer of Boravia. The flawed Kryptonian clone donned a mechanized armor to conceal his identity and launched an attack in Metropolis.
Superman soon intervened and dueled the supervillain but was severely defeated after the Hammer proved himself capable to anticipate his every move. After retreating to the Fortress of Solitude to recover, Superman returned to Metropolis but was once again defeated by the massively suited supervillain.
After giving his theatrical warning speech, Ultraman retreated to Fort Kramer where he used a dimensional portal to return to LuthorCorp headquarters where he removed his armor.[1]
Capabilities[]
- Enhanced Durability: In addition to Ultraman's Kryptonian physiology, the armor's metallic parts increase his durability to the point of making it difficult for Superman to damage it. The armor is also extremely maneuverable allowing Ultraman's movements to stay smooth despite the heavy weight. The armor is powerful enough to withstand Ultraman's strength; not damaging its metallic gloves when throwing punches. The armor also included a visor from which he could unleash his heat beams without damaging the helmet.
