One night, Doctor Phosphorus, accompanied by two women, and his gang, visited the Ice Lounge for a night of partying. At the lounge, Phosphorus and his henchmen, who wore extravagant clothes and skeleton-themed makeup, proceeded to dance, astonishing the guests, who began to cheer for Phosphorus. During the party, the Ice Lounge's lights suddenly went out, confusing Phosphorus, before noticing the presence of Batman, who managed to capture him and resulting in his incarceration at Belle Reve Correctional Center.[1]
