- "If I activate this button, it activates an unbearably paintful jolt directly into their brains."
- ―Rick Flag, Sr. to Ilana Rostovic[src]
Nano-Bombs are nano-scaled explosives that are implanted into the members of the Creature Commandos by Amanda Waller to track and keep them in check. They can be detonated by a Nano-Bomb Remote Detonator.
History[]
Amanda Waller and Rick Flag, Sr. used the detonators against Task Force M, threatening to activate the electric nanobombs in their brains if they disobeyed. Waller used the detonators when she entered the Belle Reve non-human division, and Doctor Phosphorus, the Bride, and Weasel rushed to attack her, also electrocuting G.I. Robot and Nina Mazursky in the process.
On their first visit to Pokolistan, Doctor Phosphorus attempted to steal the remote nanobomb detonator from Flag's room; however, Flag awakened and quickly fought him for the detonator. After defeating Phosphorus, Flag refrained from detonating the nanobombs and only reprimanded him, warning him of the consequences if Amanda Waller found out.[1]
Capabilities[]
The nano-bombs were applied via an injection in a person's neck. Despite being the size of a grain of rice, they had a great amount of power. Amanda Waller and Rick Flag, Sr. had these applied to the members of Task Force M to ensure they would not deviate from the mission.
Trivia[]
- Nano-Bombs are a continuation of the same object from the DC Extended Universe productions Suicide Squad, The Suicide Squad, and Peacemaker.
