Grace Balin, also known as Orca, is an inmate in Belle Reve Correctional Center.
Biography[]
Orca was incarcerated in Belle Reve Correctional Center, and in 2023, she witnessed as Congorilla and Nosferata bullied Nina Mazursky and later on The Bride killed Congorilla.[1]
