Rick Bill Flag, Jr. was born to Rick Flag, Sr. and his wife, prompting his father to join the United States Armed Forces to support their family. Eighteen years later, inspired by his father’s service and driven by a deep love for his country, Flag enlisted in the army himself. He rose through the ranks to become a Colonel, earning the pride and admiration of his father, who saw him as a good man committed to making the United States a better place.[1]
