"Where am I gonna get the gear to rappel into a pocket universe?"
"I don't know, maybe it comes out of your circles or something."
"Circles?"
"What?"
"T-Spheres."
"Okay."
"They're three-dimensional. Circles are flat."
"Sorry."
―Mister Terrific and Lois Lane[src]

The T-Spheres are a series of floating weapons designed by Mister Terrific.

History[]

Creation[]

Upon becoming the superhero Mister Terrific, Michael Holt developed technology to use as an arsenal in his fight against crime, designing the T-Spheres. Holt developed the spheres to perform a wide range of functions, including acting as weapons that can fire lasers or grant the user flight, which he used when joining the Justice Gang.[1]

Attack on Metropolis[]

When a Kaiju attacked Metropolis, Mister Terrific deployed his T-Spheres to analyze the monster's anatomy to find its weak point, but was forced to flee when the Kaiju tried to devour him. Holt soon took advantage of a distraction from the Kaiju to send his spheres inside the monster and explode its intestines, killing it instantly.[1]

Attack on the Justice Gang[]

When a Jellyfish teleported to Metropolis to cause chaos, the Justice Gang intervened, with Holt deploying his T-Spheres to fight the flea, and successfully, the team was able to stop it.[1]

Infiltration into the Pocket Universe[]

When Mister Terrific traveled to Fort Kramer with Lois Lane to infiltrate the Pocket Universe and rescue Superman, Holt deployed his T-Spheres to track Clark Kent via holograms to a store while being threatened by Raptors, who prepared to attack if he didn't leave the restricted area. Despite their warnings, Holt activated a force field with the spheres to protect himself and Lane from the Raptors' gunfire. Holt emerged from the shield to fight the Raptors, blasting them into the air with his spheres while also striking and restraining LuthorCorp technicians.

Holt approached Lane before propelling himself with one sphere and throwing the rest to knock out the technicians and Raptors, clearing the path to the store. Holt found a dimensional portal and used his spheres to hack it open and enter the dimension. Holt realized the dimension was riddled with black holes, warning Lane that crossing the river could result in their vaporization, prompting him to deploy two spheres around the universe as the eyes in his T-mask turned white, allowing him to monitor his drone cameras. Holt discovered Superman and Metamorpho attempting to escape and aided them. Holt then saw Krypto having fun destroying his sphere, prompting him to scold him for the high cost of his spheres.

Later, Holt continued monitoring the Dimensional Portal from the Fort Kramer store before it began opening on Lex Luthor's orders. Using his hover chair, Holt noticed the rift was heading toward Metropolis, so he sent his T-Spheres out to enlist Clark Kent's help in closing it before it was too late.[1]

Capabilities[]

The T-Spheres are highly versatile, multi-functional gadgets flying like drones and solely controlled by Michael Holt thanks to his high-tech gloves. Mister Terrific mostly uses them for analysis and tactical reasons, but can also deploys them in an offensive or in a defensive way. The spheres are designed like mini-computers capable of analyzing an individual' or a creature's weak spots or to follow a person Terrific had injected a GPS tracker in the blood cells.

With their camera activated, the spheres can move freely in areas where Holt can't have access, while he follows their movements through his T-mask. In addition of their tactical functions, the drones can cast holograms to accurately recreate a person's last presence at a location. They can also create a holographic red shield, protecting whoever is inside from physical attacks.

The T-Spheres are also dangerous weapons. When flying at high speed, they can easily knock out an enemy; even if they wear a helmet; and are powerful enough to lift someone off the ground to make them levitate. If a sphere is grabbed by a person, it unleashes a strong blasts of electricity shocking whoever holds it. As a last resort, the spheres can be detonated and cause explosions powerful enough to kill a Kaiju. When Holt and Lois Lane visited Fort Kramer, it only took five to six T-Spheres to knock out all of LuthorCorp employees, including full-armored Raptors mercenaries.
