"Just seeing it is enough to give me the collywobbles." - ―Ilana Rostovic and Rick Flag, Sr.
The Collywobbles is the first episode of the first season of Creature Commandos. The episode was written by James Gunn, and it released on Max on December 5, 2024.
Premise[]
Amanda Waller assembles the Creature Commandos -- led by General Rick Flag, Sr. -- and sends them to Pokolistan to protect Princess Ilana Rostovic.
Plot[]

Amanda Waller and Rick Flag, Sr. monitor the Creature Commandos.
At the Belle Reve Correctional Center, General Rick Flag, Sr. and Amanda Waller observe a GBS News report covering the Sons of Themyscira's crossing of Pokolistan's border , which they plan to collapse as to be lead to Themyscira by Amazonian sorceress Circe. With the country's princess Ilana Rostovic's negotiations with the United States of America regarding petroleum deposits put under fire by Circe's organization, Waller introduces Flag to a new task force that will overthrow them. To compromise against United States Congress' measure that disallows A.R.G.U.S. enrolling Humans into task forces, monsters were chosen instead; the Bride of Frankenstein, Doctor Phosphorus, Weasel, G.I. Robot, and Nina Mazursky.

The Creature Commandos travel to Pokolistan.
Taking the Sheba to Pokolistan, Task Force M, nicknamed the "Creature Commandos," Flag meets and is lovestruck Rostovic. After a banquet, Flag conversates with Rostovic while Mazursky promises to aid G.I. Robot in killing Nazis, assuring her that Weasel is not a threat and informing her of his personal life. He mentions that he would've liked to introduce his deceased son to her, Rostovic replying that she prefers older men, inviting him to her bedroom. Flag avoids Rostovic's advances, excusing himself with coming up with a cogent plan for the next day.

Eric Frankenstein is informed of the Bride's arrival.
While Mazursky follows the Bride, who escaped from the castle to travel to Frankenstein Manor, Flag apprehends Phosphorus, who attempted to steal a Nano-Bomb Remote Detonator, escalating the situation into a violent fight. Flag scolds him afterward, reminding him that they are supposed to be on the same team. Meanwhile, the Bride and Mazursky step into the manor while a woman watching from afar reports the incident to Eric Frankenstein.
