History[]
Founding[]
August Smith, also known as the superhero Blue Dragon, trained his two sons Keith and Chris to become vigilantes and heroes like him, with his two sons taking the names Captain Triumph and Peacemaker. Auggie officially formed a team, the Top Trio, to defeat crime around the world using their mansion as their headquarters.[1]

Over the years, they slowly became the protectors of Evergreen, and fought with some of the deadliest supervillains, including Rainbow Creature and the metahuman Ultra-Humanite from Gotham City. They were also gifted with an Evergreen Beacon of Bravery Award for their heroics. They are also fought with the Sons of Liberty many times.[1]

Auggie Smith talks to the alternate Chris Smith
One night in 2025, an alternate Chris Smith accidentally entered into the residence through the Quantum Unfolding Chamber, who was greeted by Auggie, who thought he was the same Chris from his world, but the alternate Chris quickly rushed back to the chamber.
Eventually, the alternate Chris Smith visited the residence again, when he reunited with his brother, who questions him that he could be in Blüdhaven. They are also greeted by Auggie, who invited him into the residence, where they talked about Chris' relationship with the imps in Candyland before they parted ways.
Peacemaker confronts with the alternate Chris Smith
Later, at night, Chris returned from Blüdhaven and confronted the alternate Chris at the residence, thinking he is a shapeshifter. But the alternate Chris quickly rushed back into the chamber, where Chris chased him through the chamber. When the alternate Chris got brutally beaten up by Chris, he launched his jetpack into a suspended object, which resulted with him dying in the alternate Chris' arms.[1]
Attack on the Evergreen Department of Motor Vehicles[]
- "You stop the bomb?"
"Fuck yeah!" - ―Captain Triumph and Chris Smith[src]
While Chris Smith was having a conversation with Emilia Harcourt, trying to rectify his counterpart's mistakes, their conversation was abruptly interrupted by an explosion from the Sons of Liberty, who were planting explosives throughout a building in an attempt to cripple government operations, prompting Smith to spring into action. Smith scaled a building and jumped down to the one the Sons had taken hostage, coldly murdering the soldiers and intercepting the fleeing soldiers on a staircase. After defeating his enemies, Smith deactivated the bomb, while Captain Triumph helped destroy the Sons' escape helicopter. Upon exiting the building, Smith embraced Harcourt and his brother.[2]
Attack on Evergreen[]
The Top Trio head out against the Kaiju
When a Kaiju appeared in Evergreen and began wreaking havoc on the town, Blue Dragon and Captain Triumph prepared to fight it, regrouping as the Top Trio with Peacemaker, who brought along his new companion and pet, Eagly. After donning their uniforms, the Top Trio and Eagly took to the skies with their jetpacks before engaging in battle with the Kaiju, killing it and saving Evergreen.[3]
The Top Trio takes a photo with some children
The Top Trio later went to lunch with Emilia Harcourt at a restaurant, where Auggie Smith proposed a toast to his son Chris, who had struggled but managed to overcome his adversities, becoming a better person. When some children timidly approached the Top Trio to ask for a photo, they gladly accepted, and took the photo, saying "Top Trio".[4]
Rescue of Peacemaker and Emilia Harcourt[]

Since Peacemaker had gone to live on Earth-2, abandoning his friends, the 11th Street Kids traveled to that dimension to find him and bring him back. However, while his friends split up to search for Smith, John Economos was discovered at the Smith Residence by Auggie Smith, forcing him to reveal that he was looking for Peacemaker, who wasn't his real son. Smith promptly tied Economos to a chair and called Keith Smith, telling him his suspicions that Chris Smith was dead and that the Smith they were interacting with wasn't the real one. Blue Dragon and Captain Triumph soon located Smith and Emilia Harcourt, saving them from arrest by the police and taking them to their residence for questioning.[5]
Attack on the Smith Residence[]
The Blue Dragon is stabbed by Vigilante
- "I'm sorry. I'm so fucking sorry."
- ―Chris Smith to Keith Smith[src]
In the residence, Chris Smith explained that he had visited the dimension out of curiosity, but that the other Peacemaker had tried to kill him, so he instinctively fled and accidentally killed him, apologizing and confessing that he had impersonated the Peacemaker because he wanted to experience what it was like to have a family. Despite Keith Smith's rage and demand for retribution for his son's murder, Auggie Smith showed compassion to Peacemaker, believing him when he said he hadn't killed him intentionally. Blue Dragon agreed to let them go, only to be suddenly killed by Vigilante, who believed his friends were in danger, sparking a confrontation inside the residence.
The Captain Triumph is almost killed by the 11th Street Kids
Keith Smith attempted to attack Peacemaker to avenge the murder of his brother and father, only to be cornered by the 11th Street Kids, who were intent on killing him. However, in a fit of desperation, Smith ordered them to let him go, apologizing for ruining his life. When the group escaped, Keith Smith was found and hospitalized.[5]
