- "Eric, you're frightening her!"
- ―Victor Frankenstein to Eric Frankenstein[src]
In 1831, Eric Frankenstein began to desire a zombie bride like himself, pleading with his creator to craft him a wife, with Victor soon contacting the funeral director to deliver some abandoned corpses. Once they were ready to perform the experiment again, Victor voiced concerns about the implications of creating another zombie, attempting to reason with Eric. Unmoved, Eric insisted on his desire for a bride who would love him. Victor refused, citing insufficient study of Eric’s condition, Eric grew enraged and threatened to kill Victor’s wife as a “balance of life.”

When Eric became even more upset, Victor calmed him down, assuring him that they were already in the process of being created and that he only shared his doubts, stating that this was what humans did, showing him the bodies, and Eric looked with delight at one of the heads which he went to appreciate, stating that it was the face of his true love. Reluctantly, Victor acquiesced and began experimenting with remains to construct a female companion for Eric. While Victor worked meticulously to put the pieces together, later using bolts of electricity to animate her and bring her back to life.

When the Bride woke up, Eric tried to approach her, but Victor asked him to wait for her to regain consciousness, explaining that, unlike human babies, the Bride had been suddenly conceived, without understanding who she was or where she was. Eventually, Victor began teaching Bride to talk, showing her objects to which she responded with their names, while they practiced the names of the apple and the hat, to which Eric expressed frustration believing that teaching her to talk was not important, however, Victor continued to teach her to talk, showing her a necklace which Bride identified as pretty, which Victor affirmed but telling her it was called a necklace.

One time, Eric tried to forcefully approach her by pinning her against a wall, but his erratic behavior scared her, causing Victor to intervene to stop him and talk some sense into him, however, he became angry and strangled his father and slammed him into the bed, leaving the room crying. As Victor whined, Bride worriedly went to see him, with Victor relieving her by assuring her that he was fine. Seeing how much Bride had liked the necklace, he decided to give it to her, wrapping it in a box and then giving it to her.

Victor continued to teach Bride vocabulary words, showing her a wooden horse, which Bride correctly identified as a child's toy, and Victor then played with a wooden mustache mimicking a mustache man, which made Bride laugh. When Victor went to get himself something to drink, Bride caught him using the mustache, laughing together. Victor then remembered the gift he had for Bride, handing it to her, explaining that she had to tear the wrapping to see the contents inside, which Bride did, watching with delight as Victor gave her the necklace, which she proceeded to put on while she looked at herself in the mirror, considering it beautiful.[1]
Assasinated by Eric[]

Frankenstein is killed by Eric Frankenstein
- "I did what I had to do. Don't you understand? He and his wretched giggling and his horrid gift-giving powers were the only obstacles to our love."
- ―Eric Frankenstein to the Bride[src]
Victor began to develop an affair with Bride, which caused Eric to begin to feel hatred for his father. One night, Victor and Bride had sex in the middle of the laboratory, and were unwittingly discovered by Eric from a distance, which broke his heart and brought him to tears. When the Bride was distracted going to get lemonade for the doctor, Eric Frankenstein took Victor by surprise, mutilating him with all his hatred and twisting his body against the metal bed until he died, considering him an obstacle in the love of his Bride.[1]
