- In the comics, Wonder Woman—also known as Diana Prince or simply Diana of Themyscira—is an Amazon warrior princess, blessed with divine abilities, and the daughter of Hippolyta. Although she was raised in isolation from the world on the island of Themyscira, she volunteered as an ambassador to the World of Men and is considered one of the greatest defenders of peace, equality, and justice.
